High Net Worth Home

We specialise in high net worth

We specialise in tailor making policies for people living in high value properties with collections of fine art, precious metals, jewellery, other collectables and high value cars.

We are there to guide, help and advise you in structuring your policy in a way that will keep your premium competitive without sacrificing cover. Our help continues throughout the lifetime of the policy assisting you with any adjustments or claims.

AGREED VALUE

Agreed Value means that whatever value is shown on the schedule for specified jewellery or fine art is the amount you receive in the event of a claim with no quibbles, arguments or deductions. Standard policies have been known to force their clients to go back to their suppliers or give out vouchers for shops they have affiliations to.

NO SMALL PRINT TO TRIP YOU UP

All our High Net Worth policies are warranty free. This means that cover is exceptionally wide and there are no restrictive conditions and no hidden small print. If you forget to lock your windows, close your doors or set your alarm, full cover will remain in place.

CLAIMS

We have access to a panel of high net worth home insurers who pride themselves on their award-winning claims service with an average claims settlement of 72 hours to 2 weeks in most cases. On the rare occasion when a visit to your home is necessary, some claims handlers often carry cheque books and are able to pay up to £25,000 on the spot. You have the choice of replacement or full cash settlement on all claims.

APPRAISALS

Identifying your sums insured can be a very daunting task and, if required, we are happy to meet you in your home in order to gain a better understanding of your risk. In addition to this, insurers often send their own appraisers who will assist in ascertaining your sums insured. In most cases, the appraisers have a wealth of knowledge in fine arts, collectables and architecture and will offer their expertise without any charge.
